Jiaxing Layo Import & Export Group Co., Ltd. was established
in 1983. In the reform of enterprises, our company with current
registered capital of RMB 55 million was reorganized from
stated-owned enterprise into civilian-run enterprise in 1997. We
have developed into a comprehensive group corporation operating
importing and exporting, commercial trade, investment of industrial
zone and real estate, with an increasing turnover of USD 480
million in 2007.
